Pan Solid Tumor
The VariantPlex Pan Solid Tumor panel is a targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay that simultaneously detects and characterizes copy number variations (CNVs), single-nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (indels), microsatellite instability (MSI), and Tumor Mutational Burden (TMB) status in 185 cancer-implicated genes, including non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian and uterine cancers, CNS cancers, cholangiocarcinoma and melanoma. This newly expanded panel was thoughtfully designed based on guidelines, literature, and customer input, and offers analytically sensitive variant detection even with low sample input.
